Yes, Bobby Dooley is the president of some homeowners assoc. in SoCal who first made news by passing regs to force disabled home owners to put all wheelchair ramps in the back of homes because they were deemed "unsightly" and likely to "devalue" home prices in the neighborhood. The kicker was her suggestion in an interview on the Phil Hendrie show, that they could install a "human size version of a doggie door" at the rear of the house to ease entry and exit.
